1. Patient Portal
Fully compliant with the 21st Century Cures Act, The Patient Portal gives your patients access to their personal medical history recorded in Envision Cloud. This medical history includes: vitals, allergies, medical conditions, prescriptions, procedures, shots , imaging, laser treatments and all notes, including treatment notes!

2. UMR Form Packs
Update My Record Forms (or UMR Forms) are customizable so that you can send pre or post-appointment documents to your patients. Since UMR Forms integrate with Envision Cloud services, you can view when a patient has signed the form, download their form once completed, and print their documents directly through your Envision software!
3. Treatment Screen
In addition to appointment scheduling, Envision Medical Spa software lets you keep track of important medical treatment information! With the Treatment Screen, you can record and view patient histories such as vitals, active prescriptions, allergies, shot and laser procedures, SOAP notes, UMR documents, weight and measurements, and treatment plans.
4. Treatment Printout
If you ever need to print out your client's treatment information, you can quickly do so straight from their treatment record! We also include the option to print your patient's allergy information, medications, laser treatments, imaging, and shot records, along with their vitals, all in one document!

Envision Rx is Envision Cloud's comprehensive Medical Spa Electronic Prescribing software. This powerful tool helps you manage all of your patient's prescription information, including drug and allergy interactions, active and inactive medication lists, insurance information, prescription agents, and your patient's pharmacy preferences.
